I don't believe Upen is mad to be honest.
He went crazy with Ali during the hostage task because when he had him in a bear hug Ali squirmed to break free and elbowed Upen in the face.
That's when Upen got angry.
Of course one will get heated when something like that happens. Worse than when Sonali slapped Ali.
Elbow in the face can hurt.
