He appeared flustered and shaken a bit. Not sure why though. Salman did tell him to follow his own mind instead of Karishma's or Praneet's quite clearly. Pritam is smart so i hope he takes this advice and not ruin his image for the sake of Tanna's and Praneet's personal issues.
