Upen needs to learn Hindi for sure. There is no way he is going to make it to the finals let alone win if he keeps talking in English and keeps misunderstanding people.

But based on the sneak peek, it was definitely Ali's fault. Upen misunderstood yes, but there was no reason for Ali to take a personal dig on him by telling him to learn Hindi. He did that on purpose to cause drama and eat up footage. Double dholki saala nikalo isse.
