In the task BB mentioned that there are two conditions for those wishes to be accepted
1. First, both of them have to say YES
2. and secondly if there are more than 3 YES from both of them, then wishes will be accepted as first come first serve basis
So the initial questions were regarding ice cream , pizza , soft toys. Gautam knew that these are things which are not important and hence he said NO and reserved his YES for other important things
But Karishma and other HMs were too dumb to think about that and they were scolding him initially.
