It was really cheap of him to reveal that on the show. It was not even needed. He thought it would make his sorry a$$ look better but it just showed how much "respect" he has for women (which he harps on about ALL the time) when he can so easily push them over a cliff to save himself.

Firstly talking about stuff outside house is prohibited according to show rules. Secondly, why do you think their affair story will do 'chutti' for Minisha & not for Aarya?

Minisha did everything right.

She has a boyfriend, so she refused to romance with Arya on the show.

Minisha called out Karishma whose name was given by Sushant for verbal abuse. Turned out it was the other devil Diandra. But Minisha still kept quite. It shows her maturity.
