I guess Yash wanted as many people on nominations as possible.. Sendrayan had only one vote till then i think so she nominated him and made it 2 votes.. and she took a chance and Nominated Bhalajie.. Rithvika either counted the votes same way Yash did or she overheard their convo 😆
