I think she is writing this because she is supporting Ankita Lokhande and posted a sweet video on her . It's good she is doing this , Ankita was the only one who took care of her in her low phase . Ankita is like a big sister to her .
Abhishek may be her good friend but he has been very insensitive towards her health problems . I am not saying he is bad guy , probably a nice guy but everyone remembers that person who was with them in their low phase .
