Finally catching up on some old episodes I had missed...the one where Gautam got bashed by KJo for being a sexist and a misogynist..and Gori Archana fight.. random thoughts
- So Gautam has been talking to Nimrit about Saundarya..he is not sure etc etc but when K asked if they are faking it, he was like its 100% from my side..speaking for himself obviously or indirectly saying that he is not sure if its honest from her side.. Over-smart or fool ..dunno what to call him.. While I understand his point of being old school and now being comfortable with ''his girl'' getting close to other guys in the house, I have objection over a few things.. Firstly, be a man and admit that there is something going on..they both deny when its convenient (infront of Shekhar Suman) but then he also has to act all jealous when things like this happen..they both discuss/low key bitch about each other behind their backs but in WKV will act as if this is the purest, most honest kind of relationship developing organically. Going into the bathroom and doing all that drama with mikes on..if that's not for the show then how else do you explain it.. Sexist, misogynist are all heavy words and over sensitive people use them casually these days ...and eventhough Gautam may not be one, but this whole drama and over reaction over Saundarya getting close to Shalin, Shiv and all..is just that-OVER REACTION. Bhai dikhta hai its fake then why go so overboard with the kabir singh acting? Saundarya got a nice mudda to project herself as the victim of male chauvinism and she utilized it achhe se.. Archana suggesting that Gautam had feelings for her and Gautam's reaction to that was hilarious..😆 she actually said agar ''mene bhai na bola hota to teri (Saundarya) ki jage mein hoti''😆
- Contrast between Gautam's bashing and Shalin's bashing - That day when Shalin was bashed jointly by Salman and Sumbul's father..he was left alone by their so called group, Nimrit and Gautam..only Tina was with him, who was also at the receiving end but not as much as Shalin.. Today when Gautam got bashed, Shalin was there for him.. Just saying..maybe he did for camera..maybe whatever he said was bullshit but he was there..
- I liked Shiv when he bajaoed Nimrit that day over rice issue and few other matters as well.. problem is till the time he is with those two losers- Gori and Stan and supports them on everything without objectively analyzing the situation, he's making it hard to like/support him..In MLA Gori fight, Gori was the one who crossed the line repeatedly.. Karan was good with the whole chori and dacoit analogy.. And despite of him directly telling Shiv (and Stan..but I don't care what he does) that supporting a wrong issue makes you look wrong, the guy refuses to listen..again goes and stands with those two losers.. My understanding is that he does that to have his own lil gang to counter the love lapata angles on the other side that he cannot have.. He sounded kinda frustrated when talking about how this couples get footage on WKV..But you cannot support someone who is so wrong just so you can have your group thing going.. I liked Sumbul taking on Stan in that argument between Manya and Archana where Stan jumped in (as usual) to support Manya.. Just keep the choked voice and tendency to break into tears at bay Sumbul and you might surprise people who have written you off including me.. Shalin was also right in telling Stan to let the girls fight it out and he did not say it rudely..But that idiot turns on his basti mode in the blink of an eye ..Shiv again supported Stan on that matter and targeted Shalin.. charbi utarunga? seriously?? Shiv lose those two losers otherwise you will be permanently off my list..
-Glad Manya got evicted..please evict Gori and Stan soon..
