Sorry where did he say this about US and 4-6 months? Was in the episode? If so, I missed it. Regardless, I believe Karan is like Nishant where he is not emotional about these things and at the time, he couldn't have gotten the gift because it would mean Umar could lose captaincy.

Otherwise he went first to Umar to say (per footage), I want my gift.. so it's not a noble sacrifice. If anyone sacrificed it's Meisha with Jay and risky cause she gave 3 fuel right at the start.
