But for that he also needs to be ready to face constant bashing and biasedness from the host and Bigg Boss. Because they would always support duplicate Shetty just like they supported Shukla in season 13.

If he can take that pressure, he too would get audience support and sympathy like Asim.

Duplicate Asim can never take centre stage he is nothing of wat Asim was in the game. Even Salman called him side kick of Kundra to indirectly warn him to play his own game but still he hasn't got it.

U r correct. This season needs some strong enmity and someone who audience sympathizes with after watching host and BB's favoritism. Umar has the fire in him but Salman's bashing can put down the fire in him like he did with Afsana, jay, Pratik, and kundra.

Also for survival he needs to give some good content and than nomination doesn't matter. Similar to season 13 where paras and Mahira were hated so much still kept till last.

Umar does not make strategies for the umar. Otherwise he would have used this thing long ago. Dil ka saaf hai that's why he moves on. But Shammo Rani is the one who keeps grudges. And if she continues this obsession with Umar then I m sure umar has guts to take stand for himself like he did today.

Umar has potential. He just needs to get stuck to his stand.
