I believe she wasn't hurt cause she starting crying after the cap was removed... If she had gotten hurt she would have instantly screamed but she didn't....also eijaz was right it did touch her nose in a forceful manner obviously but didn't hurt her sooooo much to create such a drama out of it...

It hurt her i think when we use smthng with force ,we can still get hurt even by thermacol..not to mention Rakhi was not expecting this action,wasnt mentally prepared for it..so yea she definitely got hurt .. ha she may later over reacted but she dint fake it high chance

Thank you for this video! Of course it hit her nose. Noses are ALREADY super sensitive to the point if it gets hit slightly tears automatically come out of your eyes. On top of that, hers has had surgery done so it's extra vulnerable.
