Every celebrity who comes to the show for promotion makes this claim that they are big fan of Bigg Boss, which we know is obviously a lie.

So when the guests are making up this lie, the host also has to do the same.

Otherwise how would he justify charging whopping crores for one episode? He has to make a show that he's doing some hardwork for the money he's getting.
