Rubina is being nice to Jas only to make sure Jas and Aly reward her loyalty! This was clear in the captaincy task itself where she was supporting Jas only to benefit herself. She is using Jas to further her name but cleverly doing it in the gab of being her friend.

I will explain after watching the episode. As far they are shown I am fine, visibility is better than invisibility. Upar/neeche, aage/peeche chalta rahega relationships mein. Tabhi to kucch content banta hai, if everything goes normal, it is boring.
