In support of Shehnaaz - an attempt to improve mental health awareness

Shehnnaz/ himanshi issue is no secret , I believe Shehnaaz has a very traumatic event probably from this or any other event , she reacts very badly to the word jealous, otherwise she is being funny, silly smart and even deceptive to win BB show.

A trigger in psychology is a stimulus that reminds of past trauma ...relive a traumatic event

I strongly believe the word Jealous is the trigger that causes Shehnnaz to have a breakdown , reliving a past bad experience and she numbs her pain , subjecting her self to harm.... this is really complicating matters

I'm no psychiatrist but I am a medical doctor, I would advise counseling and follow up with a psychologist/ psychiatrist for anyone going through issues Shehnaax is facing to have a formal diagnosis and treatment.

Mental illness is very common seen in 1 out of 4 individuals, it's not a scary disease, we should not attach any taboo discussing mental illnesses and please support awareness about mental health and support your family or friends who may have it. Let them seek help from.a professional psychologist or a psychiatrist.

I empathize and sympathise for the emotional trauma she is facing in the house, especially for the word Jealous.

She has time and again requested people not to tag that word for her. She has an emotional crisis with that to the extent that she self harms, hiring herself ...I don't accept this exploitation of her mental health by other contestants, by the Channel and last but not the least Mr ambassador of being human the one And only noble SALMAN KHAN

Exactly, this is the exact thing we need to understand, she is a grown and behaving like child throeing a tantrum for this word especially, she doesn't do that when she didn't have good clothes to wear, she infact is humane and works on others behalf...

Why would she wash dishes etc..please have to moment to analyse, she doesn't really throw tantrums for every single thing that doesn't happen the way she wBts, except behaviour from Shukla I guess.

We need to acknowledge her behaviour is NOT normal and she needs help professionally and psychologically.

TOTALLY agree, absolutely she needs professional help and counseling to overcome the trauma that is causing her emotional breakdown.. hopefully she will be successful in decluttering her emotions attached to that word jealous

I thought BB is a place for different types of pagal. In fact when all fights and Rashmi just keeps staring at them........reminds me scenes from mental asylum shown in movies and serials. 😆 Jab bari aur furious pagals acts violently chhoti aur kamjor pagals reacts like Rashmi. 😆 Oh yes! After that sometimes choti pagal also screams to show he/she too has madness.🤣

Well I think BB is a show for pagals. Every year different types of pagals come here and the biggest pagal who can't leave or darshak don't let go..........wins the trophy. The biggest psycho Salman hosts the show. 😆Well one of the major reason for watching this show for me is finding out how many types of pagals are there in the world. Very good question, I think people with mental illness have every right to do what they wish but ...

I feel people with mental health issues should avoid participating in show like BB - which is nothing but pure mental torture for contestants in the hands of BB to entertain some sections of the audience.

I feel Aarthi has come prepared to challenge herself to see how she fares her own fears and dilemmas..she has been very sensible predominantly, except for her own emotional breakdown.

Regarding Shehnaaz, I believe, she has insight that she has a problem with the word Jealous, but she probably lacks the understanding that this issue can be addressed by appropriate professionals. I honestly hope she does seek help and this problem can easily be overcome , under the guidance of a professional like psychiatrist or a psychologist..

The way you are posting it ...BB pe straight ipc code lag jayega for making a situation which became unbearable for the contestant...

There is difference between mental health issue and game formate emotions both are not to be equated seeing 1hr 30 min show and also which is heavily editted...

I am sorry but mental health is a very sensitive topic and here we are discussing about a reality show contestant who has come to this show knowing very well about the kind of environment this show has and kind of content they expect!

Sana is not a child.....she is a grown up woman ! I had already started how she will pull the rug from Shukla's feet soon

If Sana was suffering from any kind of mental ailment I am sure she herself wouldn't have come on this show nor the makers would have allowed her

If one word is a trigger for her then for Rashmi AISI ladli was a trigger

For Asim; abusive words about his family were a trigger

One needs to know how to handle such situations....if one is unable to handle then better not come to such shows

Also in this whole fiasco both Shukla and Sana are equally at fault

Let's not come to conclusions about one's mental health coz it's a very wide and a sensitive topic !

Those pagals r ok. They are causing their mental health anything but what I mean that we saw arti n sana having panic attacks n it’s bad for their own. M not expert but I think bb situations can make these things worse.
