After watching today episode , I didn’t feel Shukla is abusive .. he was being funny and cute. On the other hand sans was irritating.. she is the one who is constantly following and abusing him but accusing him for being irritating. He was slapped so many times but me still kept his cool.

Secondly, are you saying that if anyone is irritating you, you can be violent.

Sid could have walked away or stayed away from her.

Her arms were twisted and stretched to the point of choking! Its a common illegal move in MMA/jiu jitsu, since it stretches out arms in opposite direction and leaves the person helpless to retaliate. The fact that she wasn't able to speak, was struggling to make a sound, and immediately shouted/cried loudly after Shukla let go of it proves that it was a choke - otherwise her voice wouldn't have been blocked.
