Rashmi was fighting with mahira over the delay in lunch .. I have heard people saying that when it’s Rashmi s duty of lunch , it’s usually served by 8 ! And she used to cook with so much negativity and hatred.

Asim he no business in that fight but still he poked in becAuse now he’s the advocate of Rashmi .. mahira has always been considerate to asim as he confirmed later

Rashmi was talking to the captain and conveying her concern. She didn't say Mahira is delaying. She said food is being delayed. Mahira clearly didn't need to pounce

The issue with Asim is he invests too much of himself literally exhausts himself in a bond, even if its not an established one, he's done that throughout the season at his own expense. Rashmi while they get along well, but he's again invested himself too much, he needs to step back a bit and be practical.
