Also he's forming more and more equations with HMs. Another thing I have noticed is that the HMs know Asim is a man of his words and that he has been respectful towards the women n fought with this who have wringed him head on. So they tend to want Asim at their side.

From a nobody to a top contender , Asim has already gained the most in this show

For me asim is already a winner. The chela tag which was forcefully given to him was the most difficult thing to come out of bt he did manage n break through the most popular n most talked about contestants of d saeason.

His usp is his simplicity. He is nt fake be it a fight or his love angle. There is a purity im his heart which can be seen in his eyes. Plus he is an intelligent player. Like wen sid was announcing chess pawns paras said pyada asim ko de de. N he quickly used cotw thing and told sid to ha paras ki sun le paras ki sun le. So sid had no option bt to nt take asim's name for pyada. Very clever player i must say

True. Very intelligent and spot on with that statement. Otherwise shukla would have definately given pyada tag to him. He is very fluent and smart with his words.

Yup, this second point is so important. Over time, people have realized that

being with Shukla = getting favorable treatment AT THE EXPENSE of getting treated badly

being with Asim = he will treat you fairly, support you, and expect the same from you like a normal friendship. This is why Aarti, Rashmi, even Devo were recently seen warming up to Asim.

Well I’m an Asim fan but more or less I’ve stopped watching the show. Didn’t watch the weekend episodes, read about the updates. Most likely won’t be watching from now onwards - and no it’s not only because Asim is being sidelined- but the stories they seem to be focusing on like Arhaan Rashmi and Vishal and his ex just don’t interest me.

I was looking forward to changing equations like Rashmi and Asim being friends, forming a new team but with Arhaan back Rashmis entire focus will be on that. Vishal and his ex just don’t add anything for me as for me Vishal isn’t very interesting. I’d seriously watch Paras any day over Vishal, atleast Paras inspires emotions of disgust and annoyance in me unlike Vishal who doesn’t do anything. On top of this, Asim looks down to me and I’m sure won’t feature much this week.

Also I’ll tell you what channel has been shocked by Asim’s popularity. A guy they got for a few weeks to be eye candy is now suddenly in the race and threatening their designed top 3. Asim was never supposed to be in top 5. Channel’s top 5 till date are Sid, Rashmi, Sana, Paras and one WC( Vishal or Shefali). I feel they will do everything to stick with this story but the problem is the day Asim is evicted( won’t happen through voting will need some Hiten or Khesari type machinations) colors will loose a large chunk of its viewers, as call it what you will Asim is definitely the 2nd or 3rd most popular contestant this year.

Him being sidelined is mainly to let him not shine, let him recede, get his fans to still watch in hope to see more Asim( not lose them, get traction from there as they will make noise and trend for Asim- even negative trends keep BB in news) but keep ignoring him.

However I agree that eventually for TRP they won’t have a choice but to go down the route of Sid Vs Asim again, as Vishal too won’t prove to be a formidable opponent. 2.5 months left- Asim is their trump card- who they wanna keep muted for now, and lower his popularity so their favorites shine but they will use him when the time is right but whenever they do they will use him as a villain. But if Asim actually gets demotivated which he seems to have, he will go the Devo/Rashmi way and lose all steam and then this channel can keep doing Shukla Purana and thankfully all us, Asim fans can tune out of watching this Sana and Shukla show every weekend.

Also Asim won’t be on ormax this week too( I can bet you on it). If Devo is out of it- Paras will be on it( even though last week consenusally paras came out looking like a Villain and Asim positive). As much as you guys wanna believe Ormax is genuine and research based, I’ll tell you it’s about 80% dictated by colors and who they want on the list. Colors promotes Sana, Sid and even Bhau. Rashmi and Devo are big TV stars. Channel wants to support Paras even as a villain( also Paras isn’t in the race to win the show unlike Asim can be). So Asim isn’t getting on Ormax anytime soon or maybe not at all.

All the discussions in this thread are bang on. I was really disappointed to see no mention of Asim in this WKV at all. Their favouritism is definitely showing. You could see in Asim's mannerism that he maybe was feeling a little down or discouraged. I hope he doesn't;t end up thinking that perhaps he was wrong in what he did. The entire week was about him and somehow they still managed to turn it around Shukla. I feel they also sidelined Asim and showcased Shukla cause' they had the chess game lined up - and if the WKV would have discussed Asim-Paras situation, Asim would have emerged as a good guy and as the King - taking the title away from Shukla.

Honestly, at the risk of being chewed up by shukla fans, I don't appreciate how he behaves and speaks with so much disrespect. He is actually rather aggressive and rude towards Sana. I don't know why she puts up with him calling her moti and him being such an ass to her. Perhaps its her game to go ahead - which she is playing well. Shukla really comes across as those toxic men who can't stand to be told they are wrong ever.

I watch Big Boss as a unbiased viewer, cause' I don't know any of these actors or celebs. I start to like or dislike the contestants based on what they do during the shows.

Seems the BB team is completely at a loss about what to do about Asim and his growing popularity. Before I suppose they we're fine with him being in top 5, but as his popularity is increasing day by day, he's emerging as the most likely winner and seems that's not what the BB team wants and hence totally sidelining him, in spite of most of the episodes revolving around him last week, and that too without Sid in the picture.

So out of the blue BB created this Vishal Sid rivalry which unknowingly, Vishal reshmi handed over to BB on a pasta platter. 😂😂
