That’s great. Understanding parts that might trigger you and avoiding them are a great sign that you’re handling things well. Best wishes for all your future journeys!

Absolutely right. And those few therapists will also advice you to make fun of the panic attack. Or justify coldly that you are not responsible for her. Ya maasi ki ladki thodi hain.

Please just go back to your thread where people like you and several others who love this bachchi can continue praising her.

Not cool man. It's an open forum. How hard is it to overlook posts that you don't wanna reply to? I almost didn't wanna quote this either. But she's my friend. I don't mean Sana (find her annoying af ) I mean the member and even if we're on the opposite teams this season I don't like that she's being told to get off a thread where everyone's free to comment. It's extremely condescending and uncalled for.

There is a world of difference between the 2 people who have suffered these attacks. They also have very different disorders imo.

Arti has constantly and visibly displayed symptoms of a typical patient with mental health conditions especially depression and anxiety and she too was mocked for it before. TM described these symptoms in the first post.

Sana on the other hand shows symptoms of a sociopathic or anti-social personality disorder in my opinion. I make this judgement based on what I've seen of her and my personal experience in this field.

Also, here's an article for everyone's reference:

Thank you so much. It’s much needed.

No offence taken and Thank you for your kind suggestion, which was already noted.

Now, May I please give you a suggestion too, for future reference to you/anyone, we all have a choice to read or not read any comment, react or ignore a comment, for our own peace of mind.

We just need to learn to exercise the choice.

Beautiful post.

May Allah make everybody life easy and ease the pain and suffering.

I think these situations can really understood by those who went through or going through this. I am not Arati fan, but hope she stays strong and enjoy the stay. There are many other housemates to interact.

Baba, i didn't know or thought before posting that people on this forum will makea similar topic thread and use that in Ummm I don't know, the unexpected way...

I have again said that jhooth ya sach they both had a breakdown, the post is about how the housemates treated those breakdowns. That's all.

I love this forum. And a big boss. But I don't post ever like this kind of targetting triggers my anxiety to another level. Yet I did for arti, a contestant I don't even like because I could relate with what she is going through. That is all!

My intentions were never to spark an argument, or never to belittle one's conditions, be it sanas or be it artis. I am the last person to do that, being on medication for anxiety disorder and depression and having a 6yo who is nonverbal autistic! So I will definitely not trivialize a mental condition ever! I live it 24 hours 7 days a week!

And I was right, this forum is about reading and enjoying, a person like me shouldn't participate here.

Really Sorry, don’t mean to be rude, but I’m impatient and cannot read such long posts, but panic attacks is a problem in the mind of the person, they are worrying about something which is non existent and not happened at all.

Mindfulness helps overcome the problem and Aarti should have been aware of it.

Thanks TM for writing this post. People in real life do go through it and for it to be questioned or mocked on SM and forums is something completely against what our society is slowly coming to terms with and accepting.

I am sorry, I have not denied the existence of panic attacks it GAD.
