Some great points there!

Basically everyone is insecure about themselves in the house and that's why they can't control their emotions.

I think Shefali was the only one who did this today by choosing to not interact with someone who's shouting their head off in front of her. At one point Arti came and told her to come in and defend herself and she was like screw them let them say what they want to, doesn't make it true. Self-respect and dignity are more important than anything else and most people in this house don't have it. They have ego/ aggression/ temper in the name of self-respect.

Everyone's had experiences with bullies and difficult people in life. It's these experiences that make us who we are and the mistakes we've done that help us learn and rise above everything. Some people go their entire lives without having to deal with such things but at some point they do struggle and have to learn to adapt.

Meditation and yoga helps a lot. So does herbal tea 😆

It’s also about image, they also wanna save face, come across a certain way. So some might play for the gallery but I still think their emotions are real and they would react the same if outside.

Others like paras are playing game but that also shows his personality, being double faced, running away, now siding with sid because he was praised 😂

A lot of people also have vitamin deficiencies specially vit d and it really effects one mood as it messes with your hormones, blood sugar so proper diet and taking multi vitamins would also help. You might feel low or fatigue and won’t know why then someone instigates you and it’s very easy to lose control as it adds to it.

L-theanine is really good. There are many other supplements and herbs that will improve ones overall health and then these tiny things won’t bug you.

It’s also in green tea but in small quantity nevertheless it’s good.

PS: these days people brains are also fried because of dopamine addiction. SM and platforms like Netflix utilize this and we keep on wanting more.

Now they’re making apps, putting features on how to make us addicts or like Netflix binge watch so we keep on wanting more.

So that’s another thing which is making us like zombies and f with us.

I would have no plan😆. I would try to form alliances, but if nothing worked out, I would just chill and still keep making efforts but without maligning and mudslinging other people. Of course, if someone kept being dishonest, I would not support such people.

I'd be a bit like Rashmi (except for I would not support people who are never there for her).

Paras is very overconfident. He's always been. Thinking he's above the game. Vikas last season was also smart but he respected the game.

Yes Vitamin D deficinecy is real and very common nowadays. Hibiscus tea helps me a lot. It's great to reduce stress. It's even proven to reduce blood pressure if you're at risk or already have it and also cholesterol levels/ digestive issues.

I was actually talking about dopamine addiction and social media with a friend the other day. It makes so much sense, it's just that people don't have enough awareness about it. There's a direct link to the prevalence of mental health issues and the reason why depression/ anxiety is so common in millennials. Everyone is affected even if they believe they're not.
