Rohit's equation with Dips has changed this week. Its about comfort & consent (irrespective of gender), which I guess people don't understand here.

If Rohit had objected that he doesn't like being touched THEN it would've been an issue.

One is not Omniscient... one needs to tell / hear in clear words that a particular touch is not welcome or invited... if One doesn't speak how the other person is supposed to know if the touch is welcome or offensive or Not?
