why are only surbhi and sree given the choice to nominate?

just saw an article where surbhi will decide as to who gets nominated directly. why is she and sree given the special treatment of nominating the contestants? why not the past captains like romil, Kv, and others?

The difference is sree ka popat kiya no eviction karke but iss baar eviction hoga ..may be double eviction!!


Kanhi Romil ko Ta Ta bye bye na karde BB is baar ..kyunki bb ki favorite ne nominate Kita hai usse ..issiliye Romil ko dusre group me rakkha janha nominate honeka chances jyada the!! 🤔
