Yep, and tab he was stupid - mahaan banne ka kida and all that jazz. Sree constantly has an issue with KV - like others have said, KV initially himself couldn't figure why Sree was behaving thus. Now it's fairly obvious - he can't share his behna's affection/support, and neither can he handle being called out on his shit. And Dips has made it clear that she only trusts Sree and he is her priority. Matlab Sree the child is allowed his unreasonably jealousy but KV can't feel a thing when his friend chooses someone who's been shitty to him for no fault of his? Right or wrong toh besides the point - the guy isn't even allowed a perfectly reasonable feeling.

OT - absolutely - she deserves a friend like Sree - dost/bhai ho toh aisa . Kitni meethi baatein karta hai na? Par ab nahin karega - since Dipi didi has given the cause for contention - i.e. KV - the boot, didi is set - no more lovely below the belt crass insults from bhaiyya I'm sure.

And even from KV's perspective - it's good - no point to putting one's support in someone you know is gonna go the other way when push comes to shove. Maybe Srishty/Rohit may not support him too - but at least it's not guaranteed that they're joined to Sree by the hip.
