There's no problem in raising your voice if you feel angry enough to do it. I don't think they are uncultured or uncivilised. Just because they're not fake enough to act sophisticated doesn't mean they are any less cultured or civilised than the celebs. At least I haven't felt so yet. I think it's good to speak what's on your mind and be uninhibited.
