I think the basic attribute in having a successful relationship is to understand each other well. If this is not there, then every small happening starts bugging you, which is not good in the long run. Above all, one needs to be happy and contented in the other's company'

I think both of us will be busy shooting on the day. However, we will surely go out for a nice dinner at night.

See, for me and Shakti, it was friendship that happened first and this is what binds us together for the rest of our lives. We are extremely comfortable in each other's company. We have mutual respect for each other, and understand each other very well. All this brings back the innocence that a kid usually has, and even when fights creep in, you have the stability to laugh it off and move on. The five years of marriage to Shakti has been the best phase of my life, and I am very lucky to have him with me. Whatever work we have done together will remain close to our hearts forever.
