Homage to the Rajput Veer and Veeranganas of Chittorgarh
Finally Chittorgarh falls BUT not Their spirit - Awesome Episode

Friends,

I will not write about how the episode was. I will simply confess that i have never watched anything as moving on Television as i watched today.

The scene of fighting of Jaimal and Kalla Rathore was so nicely done. They fought like TRUE Rajputs. True to their words. Never ready to give up even in their last moments. Surrender is NOT a Word in their dictionary.

Patta's mother fell fighting. His wife stabbed herself when she was surrounded by the enemy soldiers who outnumbered her.

Akbar was stunned to see the fighting ability of these Rajputs who were taking on multiple Mughal soldiers.

A terror was let loose in the Fort by the victorious Mughal army. No one was spared. Akbar got himself coronated on the throne of Chittor.

Rana Udai Singh gets this news and is stunned and unable to bear this loss of Chittor. Pratap was shown as an angry and hurt warrior in the Precap.

CVs did a very awesome job here. Even though, they can not show everything which happened in reality but still, I want to thank them for THIS episode.

I am actually short of words today.

Just want to say that those who do NOT watch Bharat Ka Veer Putra Maharana Pratap serial should watch it today and also the episode which aired yesterday.

Just imagine the plight of those people who were witness to this spine-chilling war which can NUMB the senses of the MOST RIGID Hearts..

#Homage to those Kshtriya and Kshtranis. May they Rest in Peace, the episode brought alive how it would have for the ones who faced the horror..

Thank you Abhay for your post!

It was an amazing episode...they have shown us brilliant episodes since the last two weeks...something like which we have truly never seen before...the feelings of pride and respect which I got looking at their undying bravery and courage were something that I have never felt before

All the veers and Veeranganas paid off the debt to their dear motherland with their very lives!

They displayed tremendous amounts of courage and showed us that Rajputs are true lions!
They are truly AMAZING
as for the women...I have no words to describe their bravery!
All the women not only supported their husbands but also gave their lives for their honour, dignity and their motherland
A huge salute to every single man and woman who gave their lives for their motherland
They make me feel proud that I am from the same country as they are!

Whenever I even think about those thirty thousand citizens...my hatred and disgust for Akbar increases...he will never ever be great in my eyes

Anyway...Amazing episode this was!
I will be awaiting your post about Chittor

******EDITED*****

Last 3 - 4 episodes have so far been the best ever in from the entire show. How much ever the creatives get bashed, they never fail to impress the viewers in the war sequences.

The verses spoken in the background, describing the valor and chivalry of the martyrs is pure amazing. Hearing them and watching the martyrs fall, all one can do is bow down to these brave heart souls !

Long since the show started, Rawatji has been among the most loved characters among the viewers. I have been a huge fan of this character, and I still am. But to my surprise, I did not break down seeing this revered man's plight. A pure and chivalrous man that he was, he thus attained a glorious martyrdom.

Patta, his mother and wife - what can I say about them ?? I am unable to find the right words to describe the feeling when I watched them all die one after the other. All I could do is give proud salutations to them.

Raja Jaimal, and Kalla Singh - This uncle - nephew duo never failed to impress the viewers, even in such a short span. Jaimal asking Kalla to give a shoulder to him, with such sheer authority and Kalla doing the same, just shows the level of respect, obedience, compatibility and understanding these mighty warriors share. Coz, in a normal world, giving a shoulder only means helping a person in distress. And in the military world, giving a shoulder definitely not means giving one. The way these brave hearts fell to their mother, it was, once again, very heart breaking. With the final chant of Eklingji, they attained their deserved position, martyrdom.

As for Spirit, till the final years of Rana Amar Singh, Mewar never lost their Spirit !

I have to say, the Akbar portrayed in this show is evilness personified. No remorse, no emotions, no nothing.

++++++++++++++++

All in all, these few days' episodes have been engaging and emotionally draining. Jai Eklingji !

P.S. Nice post btw.! My comments ended up being longer than ur post, I guess 😆

I just finished watching previous episodes. Yet to watch today's.

I totally agree with you Abhay. The CVs have done a wonderful job in the portrayal of this last leg of the war. The ashes getting smeared on the men's body and the ashes bring the background was very well done. The way they took care to show the fall of each great hero and had fees words of dedication is much appreciable. I wish they will show Jaimal and Patta being praised and their statues put up in Agra.

Though the show can only be representative, the CVs had taken care of the minutes, running emotion, pride and delivery. Well done CVs!!!

After watching yesterday's episode - in total silence- I just felt empty. But I did not cry, though I was dreading this episode. Only pride filled me.

Will watch today's and revert.

Thanks for this wonderful post.

Thank you all for the comments. :)
Nice reading all the views.

If the episodes were so much moving then the what can we say about the actual war. Salutes to those people. And, I have watched these episodes many times, which i RARELY do for any TV show.!

I am unable to think how Maharana managed to bring the Mewar back on track and get ready to fight with the mightiest person in this land. I have no words to write about the will-power & spirit of this man. Even the most tough persons would not be able to pick those broken pieces together.
