BT usualyy we see if a girl or boy loves each other then they hesitate to do these things like touching hand or forehead. They feel shy its a kind of awkward feeling for them.
But then pratap kept his hand back on shoulder name when she was trying to get up. One more if u taking about touch scene he touched her lips too with his hand to stop her speaking.
