well. . . these are just my ramblings on phool. . having watched 6 weeks of epis past. . .just felt like lettin some thoughts out. .
firstly. . . i rather like this character. . . she's got the chirpiness that is expected with a spoilt brat. . .
as for her story with pratap. . . it is definitely not a love hate story. . . its more like. . .she is an over-pampared girl. . who has always got what she wanted, never scolded, . . and taht makes her expect things to happen as she demands. . . .which is ok from her point of view. . .she is very playful. . and has her own uniqu way of defending other or herself. . e.g. when she defended herself and phool from jalam singh scoldings after they both ran off to mela. .
she tends to get angry with ajab by saying pretty much "katti" . . but thats again a sign of being kiddy. .
as for matters relating to pratap. . . she is the same girl who cud not sleep all night when ajab told her where pratap was staying, just to get a glimpse on him,. . . also if we remember carefully, in their first meeting, phool was adamant to keep the churis, but also had some poilteness moments. . . .pratap became cheeky and pulled them off her hand . . . .which made the kiddy arguments more amplified. .
in fact when she realised the guy she was callin "chor" is actually pratap, she fainted. . . and was indeed pretty nervous and was aware she was wrong, by also sayin that "no one does this with pratap". . but then again, ego and pratap also with his nok jhok mind brought her childishness into play with her ego. .
its also creal she has self-obsession issue,s e.g. as ajab said that is phool wanst anything she will go to any lengths. . . in this case ti was avenging pratap. . but again if thought carefully, for what? . . . all she raelly wanted was pratap to be embarrased, and see his low mood state. . just as she felt "sort of" when he and chakrapani laughed at her. . .
she keeps saying she doesnt fear pratap. . . but doesnt see that pratap doesnt give a damn about what she feels fear or not fear. . . but this implies that she indeed does fear pratap in her way 😆
another think also is that Ajab said that phool is not as bad as the deeds she did literally unknowingly. . . this is where phool's self centred-ness is clear before her, and she realised that she did wrong in messin up chakrapani's weddin matters. . .
she definitely did show a "regret" expression when pratap said he could just not trust her. . and she lit up back on when ajab told her that pratap had alraedy called over his friends to be dakus, with the point that he was interested in her plans. . and also when pratap said to jalam that he is responsible for her security also, she did give a sigh of relief in a way . . as per what i saw, as i am sure even she knows jalam is crap ..
so all in all. . this week i am sure she will appreciate pratap savin her. . . or she will appreciate it on the inside, but mask it under her childishnes like "where the hell were you, could u not show up faster". . .i dont mind, but she will surely appreciate it in her own way . .
i sort of like the pratap-phool angle of things. . its has nice level of cuteness in it. . and another reason to like phool, she is unknowingly likely to play cupid for praja along with pratap's friends esp chakri. . so well done phool!!😆
