Bhabhimaa agrees to maan's zid to take Bhoomi to the office. Saying that he gets all his wishes fulfilled.
Bhabhimaa tells Suman to give Bhoomi the message to take care of Maan in office and not to leave him alone. Suman conveys the message while Bhoomi is packing a small bag for the office. Suman tricks Bhoomi aside and sneaks the medicine out of the packed bag.

Anshmi reaches the office and Maan tells her not to bug him in the office and stay put quietly in his cabin as he doesn't want any scene.

Ansh goes to attend his meeting and Bhoomi sees him from the opening in the door, Ansh starts coughing and notices Bhoomi watching him. He gets up and closes the door. Bhoomi realize that it's time for Maan medicine and finds that the medicine ain't in the bag, she panic and calls Lata for help and ask her the name of the medicine, Bhabhimaa overhear the conversation and reprimand Bhoomi for her carelessness.
Bhoomi gets a peon to get the medicine and asks Maan to have them. Maan has a catering company issue pending which he discuss with his colleague. Bhoomi hears this and gets a brainwave to start the catering service so that she can repay Bhabhimaa in a week. She makes a profile and sends to the office.
