Hi everyone,
I'm back with today's update. The pictures posted looked really good so will get on with the update without further ado.
A recap of yesterday events are shown.
Nihal and Roma are both on the stairs of their house.
Roma: You don't want me to fall in love, right?
Nihal: Assume that, yes.
Roma: But you had once fallen in love!
NIhal stops walking and turns around and looks at Roma. She puts her hands behind her back and crosses her fingers as Nihal begins to walk back towards her but doesn't say anything.
Roma: I mean....that....falling in love isn't a sin.
Nihal just looks at her and then slowly puts his hand on her head and smiles at her.
Nihal: Now it appears you are growing up. Its very late so go to bed.
He walks away from and goes into the library in his room. He opens the cupboard where his books are kept and gets a green book out. He walks a few steps and opens the book. There is a photo inside facing down. He slowly turns it over. Similaneously Suhana's googht covered face is revealed as the googhat falls away. It is a picture of Suhana in her wedding outfit and she is smiling. She looks gorgeous. He sees various images of Suhana in his imagination. Suddenly Roma walks in and he quickly closes the book with the photo in it.
Roma: Veerji.....
He walks towards the chaise lounge and sits down while Roma comes to him.
Roma: Veerji...You didn't answer my question.
Nihal: What question?
Roma: The one whether falling in love is a sin?
He puts his head up as he was looking down before and begins to open the book again with the photo in it. He stops suddenly and shuts the book.
Nihal: No!
Roma: Then..
Nihal: But there should be a age, circumstance and environment to fall in love. Sometimes when someone goes against circumstance then they only receive hurt and pain and nothing else.
Roma: Veerji...I know after you divorced bhabhi then you didn't get married again, why?
He doesn't answer her and just looks slightly confused.
Roma: Its OK if you don't want to tell me. There's no problem. I understand. Truthfully!
Nihal looks at her lovingly and smiles at her gently.
Nihal: No...Come!
He motions to her to sit down on the chaise lounge with him. She sits happily.
Nihal: After a lot of time, someone has asked me that question.
Roma: Then please tell me. After bhabhi left, why didn't you get married again?
Nihal: Your bhabhi took Sohan and then I took on the responsibility of bringing you up adn then after that I never felt the need to marry. But why did you ask that so suddenly?
Roma: Because you yourself say that I've grown up now.
He gently hits her on the head with the book. She rubs her head.
Nihal: It doesn't look like you're grown up with your mischief.
Roma: Aap bhi na....Can I ask you something else? You loved Suhana Bhabhi didn't you?
Nihal stops smiling and then looks into space. He gets up and walks a couple of steps. He then smiles and walks toward Roma again and smiles.
Nihal: It's very late and you need to study more. Have you got your exam schedule sheet yet?
Roma: But...
Nihal: Have you?
Nihal twists her ears and she nods.
Nihal: OK then get studying because if you get lower than 75% this year then I will get Mamiji on you and then don't tell me then OK.
Roma: OK.
Still holding on to her ear he tells her to go to bed.
Nihal: Good night
Roma: Good night.
Roma leaves for her bedroom. Nihal again walks back to the cupboard and quickly puts the book back on the shelf and puts the lock back on the door. He touches the glass on it and then keeps on looking at it.
The Next Morning....
Dadi and DM are talking about Rishabh marriage.
Dadi: Savitri...We shouldn't hesitate anymore about the wedding.
DM: Yes now that the wedding date has been fixed, Suhana says that we should get them engaged without further ado.
Indu walks in with the tea and hears the two talking.
Indu: What sort of talk is Suhana saying? Now that the wedding date is fixed whats the need of engagement?
DM: She didn't mean it like that. When they meet they are unable to talk to each other. Whenever Shika's mother call comes she always asks where is Rishabh and tell him to come home and meet us and get to know us. You tell me. What should I do? What should I say?
Dadi: What are you trying to say?
DM: I'm saying that....
Indu: What sort of 'backera' is Suhana trying to develop now? I'll tell you right now that if Suhana makes a 'backera' this time then there'll be no one worse than me. Bantu is my childhood friend. My childhood friend.
DM: What did Suhana say that you got on the subject of you and Bantu? All she said was...
Indu: Whatever she said...
DM: Quiet...Be quiet. All she was saying was that now that their marriage is fixed they need to time to get to know each other and we have to do something for them to do so. Don't you agree?
As they are talking, RIshabh walks in as he is on the phone with Roma. They are making arrangements to meet up and watch a movie together.
Roma: We'll meet and watch a movie together. Jodhaa Akbar is a fantastic love story. Just like us.
Rishabh: OK you reach there I'll just come.
Roma: OK see you then. Bye.
They put the phone down.
DM: Rishabh!
Rishabh: yes mum.
DM: There's been a complaint against you.
Rishabh: My compaint? About what?
Indu: That you don't even talk to Shika.
Rishabh: Once the marriage is done, then there'll be plenty of time to talk.
Indu: Look at that! On their suhaag raat he'll introduce himself and talk about himself.
They all laugh.
Indu: What's there to be afraid of? Its not like the olden days where a girl and boy used to see each faces on their wedding night. Now its all different. Nowadays boys like you take girls out to lunch, watch a movie etc aren't I right, bhabhiji?
DM nods.
Indu tells him to take time off work and take Shika to a movie. She forces him to agree by getting the phone off and telling him that she will phone Shika and she will go as a chaperone and if there's any problems then she will handle it. You will take me and Shika to see Jodhaa Akbat today.

Rishabh asks after Suhana but Indu railsroads him and takes him
Dadi agrees to get them both engaged.
Roma is at the cinema waiting for Rishabh. She is angry as he made her wait for him at the park (their designated meeting place). Vinnie and the studious girl are with her. Rishabh comes in a car with Indu and Shika. Roma and Co are in front of him a distance away when Roma phones him.
Indu gets the phone off him when he tells her its from the office. Vinnie gets the phone off Roma to talk to Indu who tells him that they have come to the cinemas with his future bride. To let him have the day off. He refuses. Rishabh gets the phone back and Roma is on the line who tells him to come to her right now within 5 minutes and asks him what's the business with this bride business?

He pretends on the phone that his boss is threatening to sackk him. Indu tells him that let your boss sack you but we will watch the movie. Shika stops her and tells him that he should go to the office as he has lots of work. Shika and Indu go to wtch the movie themselves.
Indu is telling DM about what happened when Suhana hears them talking. She wonders why Rishabh is so distant with Shika, is there someone else in his life? She walks away. Indu tells DM that Jodhaa Akbar was a very good movie.
Rishabh is on the phone to Roma and tells her the reason why everything is so fragile regarding this realtionship. Indu is Shika's mother best friend and if Indu gets to know this then she will cause a hungame. While he is talking, Suhana is walking towards his room and stops outside. She puts her hand on the door.
PRECAP: At the breakfast table at Roma's house, her mamiji takes her phone off her. Roma begs for the phone as she says that it is a very important phone call. Mamiji asks whose it is this early this morning. Kuku persuades her to give the phone back. Roma runs off after telling mamiji that the breakfast is too oily. Mamiji again warns mamji that laugh all you want now but when her shenanigans are revealed then you will cry. Nihal is on the stairs listening to all this.

Comments: I am very sorry that I had begun this update in one format but stopped halfway through but it was taking too long and the scenes were very boring so just summarized what was said and happened rather than write the whole dialogue. I hope you enjoyed the update. I was thinking that in future if the episode is boring like today then I will summarize the contents but if the episode or a scene if interesting and revealing then I will do so in the format of the beginning part of this update. What do you think of that? Please offer opinions and suggestions of what will happen next in this story.
