Everything is replaceable and more so in TV shows where the lead actor is changed and the show goes on and on. Similarly here too, Shilpa Shende left the show on her own whims and fancies and not because of some clash of script ideas. The makers are mature and felt that she would relent and not cause harm to the show and its artists. But alas her selfishness and greed has no end. Exceeding a budget does not make economic sense and there is no guarantee she wont ask for another raise and it would trigger raise issue from other artists also esp Asif Sheikh who is the senior most.
