Miscarriage fiasco could be a trap for Saanjh! But, that happened much later isn't it ? And noway that Maya could pre-plan such an incident when the announcement was made initially, regarding her pregnancy!
Why to make falsely make Arjun happy then he picked up a unnecessary fight with Vikram wh lost his life for nothing!
Maya is not bad, the writers are!

Maya is the worst written character in this show. She is so painfully one dimensional with no nuances whatsoever. It's such a shame because, most people hate-watch the show to see her downfall not because they are ensnared by her alluring personality. Antiheroes are supposed to be written in such a way that the character lets the audience guessing every step of the way, lure you into the character's mindspace and makes you want to understand the intricacies/thought processes. Maya downright elicits only disdain amongst the discerning audience.

I couldn't agree more! We do have an excellent talent in playing out the character of Maya but alas, support in script writing dept is not upto the mark!
