Arjun has confessed very foolishly that he only killed his wife in the trial court! Now, he knows Maya is not dead but has gone somewhere in hiding! After messing up with cremation fiasco, neither he nor Saanjh is exploring Maya's twin theory with Jhanvi in the last 3 months, to proceed meaningfully in this case!
No appeal is filed for review in high court!
On top of it , bull headed Arjun is planning for a jail-break! For what? Not to prove his innocence in this case, but to confirm that he is indeed the murderer of his wife!
A mad man who has no intention to live can only resort to such stupid things!
Even if he finds real Maya & manages to bring her alive to the court to explain what happened then really, still he will be seen a law-breaker in the eyes of judiciary for his escape from prison!
Arjun has gone mad in revenge & anger!
Will he be able to win, when he gets propelled by anger rather than brain? Arjun is missing Maya or not, -we don't know- but he is surely missing her preaching & teachings to kids about anger management in a far away place!

@Fernandes the major loop hole of the case has been lack of appeal. Even in Ayan's case appeal didnt happen. In India no body gets hanged in 3 months. It can only happen in Beyhadh. Nirbhaya case is close to 5 years now and her rapists are still alive. Only thing is that 2 months back SC handed them over death penalty and I feel it is one of the fastest case settled in SC.

shruthi i just watch all the episodes of this week ..all this week i was just following ur updates...i'm really mad at saanjh ..what kind of a lawyer she is ...i lost all my hopes on saanjh finally ...i have thought that atleast for sake of arjun she will use her brains..noo...and she is calling maya stupid😆 ..by acting immaturely at court she herself proved she is a mistress...i really like the lawyer in this case..she was good unlike saanjh who was just screaming in ayan case i really got headache while watching those episodes...i still believe if ayan case was handled by some experienced lawyer who had no relations with arjun, ayan would have got justice...i really liked ramprasad testimony for me he represented the society..how society will see this kind of friendships in the absence of their spouses...for me the way arjun saannjh behaved in the absence of maya that too in her own office was not platonic..finally as u siad arjun is taking action i'm happy now finally he is doing something...and i also liked kushal acting in recent episodes...in the absence of maya also he has only maya in his mind i feel pity saanjh here..i really thought she will do something atleast to protect her duffer no i was wrong...finally arjun realised only he can protect himself ...

Ajmal Kasab the terrorist caught alive in 2008 Mumbai Terrorist attack, where there was CCTV footage of him madly shooting at people in CST railway station was given all the privileges in the law including President's Pardon was hanged in 2014 just before general elections.

And yes as you rightly said even if he brings Maya alive he has broken jail and it will be her word over his as the proof is trace of the ring.

But alleast he is doing something than Saanjh who is telling Duffer I couldnt do anything for you.

Nothing happened in three months leap except that Maya grew some nicely coloured & trimmed hair! Oh, not to forget that she found some happiness too, killing time in the company of some kids!
Maya is always classy in whatever situation, she lands herself! Don't you agree with me if I say, she has hand-picked really a good ashram to stay in & spend her last days, that has no problems in keeping her in good shape & style by providing her with such 'moh maya' services?!

Apart from her tonsured head showing some growth, there is no real growth in the story! You are right! Saanjh is only doing lip service but no action, at least she could have tried talking to Jhanvi to crack the mystery of Maya's double!

I can't believe saanj is so useless .3 months & all she did is crying?why body was not post mortemed?saanj could get some clue from jaanvi too.and maya had a past regardindg samay.why didn't anyone talk about it?also trying to murder ayaan& murder vandana they told nothing.ashwins killing was was not revealed.at least arjun trying to do something unlike saanj

Exactly guys Saanjh could have tried to talk to Jhanvi and communicated to her in the way of that button. Jhanvi can give clues like she spoke to vandana in S2. See what I miss in Saanjh is an earnest try. You can win or lose but accepting loss without trying is pathetic.

What is with saanjh...the character which doesn't show any growth..apart from Maya's no one is well written...also I feel the loop holes were purposely kept for saanjh to discover ..may be this time saanjh can reach them but she can't win..as one of my friend told Maya's fall will be by Maya alone and saanjh will only save Arjun at the neck of the moment..had one character like Ashwin was alive it would have been the better show...but alas,that wasn't the show...
