Mostly due to emotional reasons.

Not because of CVs.

C'mon, in the S1, almost all, if not all could connect w Maya.

Temme someone who'd admit they connect with a murderer? You won't find many..

Making someone else the killer would make the show ridiculous and comic. It would mean that we have there psychos which is too much to handle...Maya, Samay and the katil 😆

That's what happens in Indian murder mystery movies where we doubt all the characters and the real killer is some servant or distant relative. 😆

Though I was 90 percent sure she's the murderer, I had my own doubts.

I would say CVs played well. Having the murderer in front of our eyes many of us had our own sets of doubts. Isn't that how Maya is, illusion? Being extremely wrong yet getting away easily on sympathy grounds. What she does with people around her, she does with her viewers too.

And finally story is moving!

I don't have a problem Maya being the murder. My problem is, that it was so f**king predictable.
Someone who has seen just the first promos and only read the taglines would have even told that she's the killer. What even.

When JW came out in public that she would be playing a sociopath, months before the first tagline appeared, it did take away some suspense factor!
Then first promo came & the confusing statement from JW that dubbing Maya as negative not justified etc!
Finally the air is cleared! Good!
What will happen in next 100 episodes?
One is waiting eagerly as the end game can be still unpredictable, if the show lives upto the promise of a thriller !

Pyaar crossed hadh to murder even. That's it. Someone else coming up and doing things would ruin the basic element much. The show is not made to satisfy maya lovers or justify her deeds much. It's about what beyhadh love can do. So...This was coming. :)

I m excited to watch the future episodes.

At least now they revealed finally that Maya indeed killed Ashwin as many of us had predicted.

I am hoping that Maya will get even more dark and in the last phase we will get a very dark Maya who will cross all lines.

This is a dark thriller about a girl whose love knows no bounds and for her love she will cross all boundaries...her Hadh is BEYHADH.

I always knew that Maya will be shown as the killer...she can go to the extent of killing someone for her love.

In the end the tagline will be proven right - HADH SE ZYADA KUCH BHI ACCHA NAHI - PYAR BHI

I am happy that CVs have stick to the concept and story and so far haven't deviated from it.

Hoping that the show picks up pace and move things forward now !

Also Beyhadh is a dark thriller and has always been promoted as one and not solely a Suspense thriller.

thriller , suspense and mystery are different genres..thriller is a broader term which can also include suspense and mystery

Suspense - a state of feeling excited or anxious and uncertainty of what is about to happen is suspense.

Mystery - something that is difficult or impossible to understand or explain.(can be related to a puzzling crime like murder)

Thriller - something with an exciting plot, usually involves crime or espionage.

Thriller movies usually include both mystery and suspense in them along with adventure and action

I just wish CVs don't stretch the show too much and move the story forward rather than moving it in circles.

I hope atleast Ayaan comes out of jail soon.
