Maya will get to know from the CCTV, detective investigations done by VM, while she was away!
She will force an SOS call from VM to Saanjh! And when Saanjh comes running to save VM, she will get trapped! Soon, Saanjh will be staring the pointed gun of Maya alongwith VM, tied on a chair listening to her monologues!!

Jhanvi of course would have got her punishment before that!
This could be one possibility!

Alternatively, it is equally possible nothing may happen as the whole thing can very well be shown tapering down to someone's imagination!

And the story goes round & round in circles!
