@shruthiravi, but why was he sitting alone? He was drinking. He obviously tried not to look at the dance, on Maya and Arjun. And from him literally beamed with darkness

In the car, he was already in his more usual mode, whether that, Saanj's guy

Too many questions. He is strange. Very very strange

Exactly Laska he was drinking and was alone. That means he lied he does not drink and he also lied that he will be with Ayan and Simi. What I feel is that if Saanjh doesnt listen to subtle hints he can also go openly in breaking Arjun-Saanjh, as I feel him to be possessive but not openly exhibiting it. While Maya was more open about possessiveness.

@shruthiravi, I don't see him have any craving for Saanj. He is with her, he talking, he is her boyfriend. And he seems to be with her, but it all seems somehow cold-prudent

At the same time, during the dance, he seemed to be in a more open emotional condition. As if it was worried him

But why could he worried if he needs Saanj?

Samay is actually very confusing. At one moment he's completely OK with his GF and then he's completely aloof.

I felt he's more interested in Arjun than in Saanjh.😆

And also he was lying about the drinking. So did he actually lie or seeing Arjun & Maya he just grabbed the bottle and start drinking?

@shruthiravi, I was actually surprised that Arjun took the blame on himself. Seeing his antics these past days I thought he'll pour out his heart to Dusky. But no, he rather handled the situation maturely. If it was the Arjun 3 years ago he would have told Saanjh everything and expected her to solve the problem. I felt that even Saanjh was expecting it.

But Arjun Sharma has grown at least a little mature and did not humiliate his wife in public. I give to him for the maturity he showed.

Also when he carried Maya to the car I felt rather than being angry, there was small smile on his face hearing all her drunken talks.

So somewhere in the corner of his heart he still love and care about her. But like you said her obsession and controlling nature has made him bitter and angry on her.

@Laska exactly emotional, why? he was emotional. I am also trying to decipher those emotions in Samay

@janecastle isnt it a good thing that Arjun has learned to manage certain things without Dusky. And to be frank if Maya just manage Arjun instead of her mad controlling, maybe Arjun would still can be a good guy. He was not angry when he carried Maya to the car.

@shruthi aha! so saanjh ayaan marriage might be on the cards... when samay backs out.

The only punishment Ayaan can get would be marrying a girl who is obsessed with his married brother. She is also the one who was in love with her brother her whole life.

Tough one coming up for Ayaan and their families.

One thing that is becoming more blatant is that Maya is mad but with inherent goodness.

Saanjh looks sorted on the outside but her one obsession is taking over her life. when ther object of her affection is denied she is getting darker and darker with a cloak of light surrounding her in the guise of her family.

Maya on the other hand is a lounge ranger with no protection other than what little Arjun gives. All the negatives in her life has still not made her totally dark. But she is perceived to be evil like how VM treated her.

We talk about Maya needing treatment... But there are many marriages out there where the wife is insecure and emotionally blackmails and controls the husband. most would stoop to checking bags , smelling the spouses dresses etc for traces of the other woman. Maya is an extended version of those with the tendency to self harm. given that she has no one to really bank on... what can we expect.

@shruthiravi, Maya needed start to create concert to Arjun much earlier, and not nanny with him as a child. I think it would have been much more useful than cameras. Maya chose the wrong tactics

The more you catch up, the more run from you

The further you go, the more drawn to you

But no one go to Maya, no one catch her. She doesn't know this, how it when someone really need only you

We never know the value of water till the well is dry

Well, Arjun still hasn't understand

@poppins psychological issues are not at all addressed in our country. If someone has psychological problem marry them, marriage will solve it. Just like jhanvi telling, Maya give Arjun a chance. If couple has problem have a baby, baby will solve it. Should parents take care of the child or child take care of the parents. There are many houses where the child life is wrecked because of irresponsible parents. They will have all material things, but no real emotional support and grow up a mental wreck. Maya is like that. Insecure, obsessed. She is not bad. There are many instances where her inherent goodness comes out. And she sacrificies. Sacrificies for the people who she loves badly and she sacrificies herself just like jumped in the river for Jhanvi, or came in that boat for Arjun.

My problem with Saanjh is that. She talks goody goody. But she is not sacrificing. it only looks sacrificing. And with each passing day she gives me strange vibes to say the least.

@Laska there are better ways to deal with Arjun, problem with Maya is that she has always swam against the tide, not with the tide because no one taught her swimming with the tide

Saanjh has been taught to swim with the tide, but she prefers going against it.
