The show in the last 2 days has been laying the ground work for Ashwin's murder mystery. So the potential suspects are:

1. Arjun - Who said yesterday that he will kill Ashwin for Maya's happiness

2. Jhanvi - Who said today that she will do whatever it takes to stop Ashwin

3. Maya - Who today took the vow to make Ashwin pay for trying to kill Arjun

4. Ayan - This is far fetched but Ayan told Arjun yesterday that he would eliminate anyone who tries to harm their family's happiness. It's unlikely but lets just keep him in the list for now.

Maya is the most obvious suspect for the audience and the characters in the show so ideally she should'nt be the culrpit. Its murder mystery 101 that the most obvious person is never the killer.

Arjun and Jhanvi are both equally plausible.

Now it all depends on whether the mystery will reveal to the audience and the characters together or will the audience know who the killer is but the characters will find out as the show progresses and the mystery will be how and when they will find the truth.

If they intend to reveal who the murderer is to us then its most likely Maya and the rest of the show will be how this truth will be revealed to the characters. If not, then ideally anyone but Maya can be the killer.

I am excited for this track and waiting to see how they take the show forward.

U forgot Saanjh ;)

We said that Saanjh is also a suspect because she could have found out about Ashwin trying to shoot Arjun...then she can go and kill ashwin but erase all the clues as she is a lawyer ;)
Then Maya can reach there but ashwin will already be dead, and Maya will leave some clue there by accident cuz she panicks really easily...

The killer has to be someone really unexpected
And we were saying how we don't know who is the pure one and who is the obsessed one
Cuz we weren't clarified about it
There can be a twist at the end where the actual obsessed one is Saanjh ;)

Sorry, but this doesn't make sense to me at all!

If she had to hurt someone, she would hurt Maya so that she can get Arjun. It would make no sense at all to add her in the suspect list.

BTW not a fan of sanjh, maya or arjun! Just stating the obvious.

Saanjh does'nt really have any motive to kill Ashwin currently unless she catches him while he is trying to kill Arjun or something and ends up killing Ashwin accidentally. Also, most likely Saanjh will be the one investigating and trying to find the killer as she is a lawyer.

Saanjh ending up being the killer could be a huge twist and will definitely make it interesting.

But as far the show is concerned as of now they are not really showing us that Saanjh has any intention/ motive to kill Ashwin unlike the others I mentioned in the post.

I partly agree. Saanjh would not kill Ashwin to get Arjun. If there is any reason at all why she would every kill Ashwin it is to save Arjun's life. If Ashwin makes another attempt to kill Arjun and Saanjh catches Ashwin red handed then she might try to do something to stop him and end up accidentally killing him. Saanjh's character does not seem like someone who would kill intentionally.

The people I mentioned above could intentionally kill Ashwin and that's why I have them in my list.

Anything can happen in this show. Since it was revealed that Maya is gray, it will get predictable if Maya is the killer. Besides Maya, the other suspects can be Arjun, Jhanvi, or Saanjh.

I think Saanjh may accidentally kill Ashwin...And Maya would arrive at the nick of moment..she would witness the murder of Ashwin..bt not the murderer...and Maya get trapped in this murder mystery...and Saanjh just to safeguard herself in front of Arjun s eyes may blame Maya..and then the whole Saanjh Clan will blame Maya...and then Saanjh in an attenpt to save herself...would give her best to frame Maya as the murderer

As per the current scenarios and all indications, my number one suspect would be Jhanvi followed by Maya. I don't see Arjun, Saanjh or Ayan as a suspect at all. Reason being, one, none of them have a motive strong enough to be able to actually kill someone and two, there aren't those kind of characters who'd kill.

I agree Saanjh and Ayan do not have a motive to kill and neither are they the kind of character who would kill.

Arjun definitely has motive. They have shown him say time and again that he cannot see Maya's tears and that he would kill Ashwin if he sees him. He is the only one other than Maya and Jhanvi who is aware of what Ashwin is capable of doing. So if Arjun finds Ashwin trying to do something to Maya again he might take react to that strongly. But the question is Arjun the kind of character who would kill intentionally? The answer is no. I don't think so. He would not just take a gun and shoot him or take a knife and stab him but he could end up doing that unintentionally. If there is a physical struggle or fight between Ashwin and Arjun, he could end up killing him.
