We rejoin the scene in the courtroom where Veera and the rest of the court are waiting anxiously for the proof that Vedant is innocent. As the judge is about to give sentence, Karan breaks in and stops everything, he is all bloody and his head has bruises etc. He goes up to everyone, says Judge, Vedant, and then gives the CD to Veera. She then takes the CD in its plastic bag and presents it to the judge as evidence. Then they play it in a video disc player and watch the contents. The judge in the meantime, takes notes as he watches. It shows first the sister, who looks into the camera and announces its Ashmita's birthday and it's a party for her. Then she walks off and Ashmita marches into the house with her boyfriend. Ashmita is drunk and behaving rudely to her sister. She sings happy brithday to herself. She is wearing a hot pink kurta and matching pant. The sister tells off Ashmita for her behavior and tells her to go to her room and for the boyfriend to leave. But then Ashmita says no, how dare she talk to her boyfriend like that, and its her house, the parents left it to both of them etc. The sister gets mad and says that she is her sister and that relationship she should respect and honor. But Ashmita gets mad at her attitude and says that she got all the wealth and she (ash) ended up with nothing. So then Ashmita pulls out a knife and stabs her. While watching this tape, Ashmita sits in the row and looks very nervous. Then after the sister is dead, the boyfriend rebukes her and says what have you done etc. Ashmita has no remorse. The boyfriend then takes the knife out from the body and wipes it clean with a napkin so no fingerprints can be found on it. then Ashmita decides that they will set up Vedant for the murder. The entire dialogue is heard by the entire courtroom. Vedant watches and is shocked. The judge tells the guards to take Ashmita into custody, who gets hysterical and says, "yes i am a criminal, so what, what are you going to do about it?" the guards take her away. Then Vedant is declared innocent by the judge and the case is closed. Outside the courthouse, Veera goes up to Vedant and apologizes. She says that if they were any later she would have lost him, she hugs him. Vedant, is still shocked from everything just stands there. then Karan and Krishna go up to them. Krishna says to Vedant that Veera is really sorry that she doubted your innocence. Vedant looks at Krishna and Karan and thanks them for clearing his name. Krishna tells him, "I don't want to hear any thanks from you, just seeing the two of you together finally is thanks enough for me, even though i cant be happy myself." Karan looks sad at this statement. (yes i know what you mean Krishna!) Vedant thanks Karan for his freedom. Vedant hugs Veera. Then Vedant tries to leave and Krishna says for Vedant to come home with them.
satyug
Vedant goes back to the satyug with Krishna, Veera and Karan. Krishna tells Nutan someone is here to see her. Then Vedant steps into the entrance, and he is a totally new man, even hoxier than before! Nutan is happy to see him, she tells him "come, son" and he comes to her. He asks her for her blessings and touches her feet. she blesses him with a long life. then Vedant asks where Bapuji is so he can get his blessing as well. Nutan shows him to Bapuji's room. Then Vedant goes to Bapuji and asks his blessings. Bapuji blesses him and agrees to talk to the pandit about his marriage to Veera. everyone is happy and the show theme plays.
Then later a doctor visits Neelkanth in his room and tells him that his heart is weak, he has to go to the hospital for tests. Neelkanth says that he doesn't want his family to know about his condition, he wants to see all of his daughters married etc. As long as they arent married he doesnt want them to know. So the doctor agrees. Krishna in the meantime, overhears it and is upset. Krishna tells Neelkanth now one of his daughters is married and happy, Neelkanth says what about her happiness? He wants to see her married as well. Krishna just looks blank and says quietly that in her life Parth was the only person. How can she marry someone else? Karan happens to overhear this, and looks sad.
Then Nutan walks in and tells Neelkanth it's time for the ceremony. Veera is in her room, dressed up and looking beautiful in a red sari with gold embroidery. Krishna admires her in the mirror, and says that dressed in bridal wear, her sister looks like a piece of the moon. Veera smiles at this. They share a close moment.
Then downstairs the satyug is being decorated and the mandap is made for the puja. Veera is with everyone and then Vedant comes back in a blue sherwani and looking awesome! Vedant and Veera exchange garlands in the ceremony and then Veera says her goodbyes to everyone. She first embraces Nutan then Neelkanth, and then Neelkanth tells Vedant to keep her happy and look after her. Vedant tells him he always will make sure she never suffers a moment of sadness, that is his promise to him. Veera hugs Jati Bua (haha). The couple leave and the family go to see them off.
Finally, Paras comes back, and sees Neelkanth on the ground unconscious! He yells, "Mamaji, Mamaji!" The wheelchair is turned over on its side, and Neelkanth is lying there motionless. Paras runs outside to get help and then he comes back with Krishna. She exclaims "Bapuji" with tears in her eyes. the camera freezes on Krishna's sad face.
I am sooo happy to see Veera and Vedant reunited. I cant tell you how bad I felt that he was being set up. And how beautiful Veera looked I can't even express in words. It's a must-see. I have a really strong feeling my hoxy Parth will be back.
episode highlights: When Vedant becomes freed in the courtroom, and of course the wedding of Veera and Vedant. I highly recommend ppl tape this if they can, it was amazing to watch.
