As far as i remember

Waseem gave hoodas money and bought all the shares of the zosh right.

When they were planning to take over the house than how come adi is claiming to be the 50% partner and even if he were how come they never talk about it like when he came back gave the contract to him.

I am all ok with loop holes as far as the stories goes on but its too far fetched..

Let me know if i missed something

Even I thought that since Waseem gave back 5 million, Aditya had nothing to do with Zosh anymore. But I am unsure if Aditya had other shares than the 5 million invested by Pooja. I am unclear.

Having said that, I am happy to let go off this blooper, simply because the story is moving nicely and is not cliched. For Aditya to organise Zoya's wedding, (which is a treat to me), I am happy to overlook some factual information

Waseem have the cheque which Aditya never encashed.

So I guess he is still a partner. All long as Aditya stays close to Zoya I'd over look all these glaring mistakes

I asked the same

Some answered that Aditya never cashed the check

But I remember that after Aditya knew about Pooja gave 5 millions to Yash

Papa Hooda was very angry that Aditya bought most of Zosh stocks with other 5 millions

That is why Papa Hooda prevented Adi from all the shared bank accounts

So Wasim paid Aditya 5 millions Zosh dept to Adi but not the 5 millions for the stocks

I think if teenagers were able to understand the emotions behind a betrayal, and would have yet liked AdiYa, then they would be able to digest the upcoming track too.

They behave with a herd mentality. If one says boring the rest just stop watching. We may like this Adi arranging zoya's event, but one fan on twitter was saying that irony just died a painful death.
