I think new entry is also revealed as negative character otherwise why Cvs reveal bm as culprit infront of pragati when pragati is in search of harshit . Till now harshit face is not revealed infront of pragati and there was a scene in which harshit talked to a person looks like a man to assure about pragati's death . So I think they show this new entry as positive just like bm and bm and harshit playing there dirty games.

he already knew value and importance of Pragati in his life......its just that anger and pain are not letting him think and acts properly....
