We take a look at five of the latest TV shows that have lost the popularity race and had to shut down due to various reasons.

What worked: This social drama depicted some Islamic customs that are rarely explored on TV before, for example, the Halala Nikah. The pairing of newbies Harshad Arora and Preethika Rao was quite appreciated.
What didn't: The story ran out of steam and the recent change in the timing (from 9 pm to 11 pm) didn't help either.
Lifespan: 11 months
Harshad says, "We didn't want to drag on. We wanted to end the show on a high note. Making such a debut was a blessing."
