Even I started watching in August... the talaaq episode was my first

But don't really think that the portrayal of Islam is right here dear... cuz it's not.. I really like watching BI esp ZaYa... HarshIka are awesome at what they do, but at the end of the day it's just a fictional tv show, so they would take things and twist and turn them to their convenience.

For me too this is the first show that compelled me to be so active in a forum.. read as many os, ts, ss, ff, and drabbles as i can... lol

It won't be wrong to say that I'm obsessed 😛

Apologies the manner in which I wrote the topic may have been a little misleading. I can understand that obviously, it is a drama so for dramatic purposes..they will twist certain aspects of a religion to their convince. I see this happening to Hinduism all the time in these dramas. But the essence of the show based on Muslim culture and Islam..is something I have not seen yet on tv. Therefore, parts of the correct portrayal of the religion and Zaya's faith is truly beautiful :)

so we started watching around the same time!! COOL :) lol i thought i was the only late one 😕 haha 😛
