Well she's basically evil and she didn't like Aaliya from the start, she wanted her sister gauhar to get married to zain but that went down the drain after gauhar fell in love with rizwan. So yeah she did want the divorce to happen. The only reason she was trying to find out the truth about the complaint filed against suraiyya n zain was coz she thought she would be able to inherit some property for being 'so smart' but she's naturally dumb. So basically she's still a chudail and she still doesn't like Aaliya.
