I feel that Nafessa will reveal herself to the family, as she will not be able to see the taunts that zayn will be getting. Also Farhad will suspect Shazia of having a affair with bilal. So he will try to divorce Nafessa but Zaya will stop him. now as for Shazia she may get divorced as she always wanted to hear those three little words.
