TC has been wrong before so its possible the same happens here, but if this were to happen why would Zain suddenly doubt his wife? Aaliya has made it clear that Zubair is her cousin, her friend nothing more and he knows how much this girl loves him. After coming so far I do not see Zain believing these two of having an affair, with Suri its easy to poison her mind but not Zain.
