Today's post is quite biased towards Harshad though I will cover everyone in the post.
I am so glad that this Barkat track has been established because it's not only peeling layers of each character but also each actor.
Today's episode had beautiful elements and Naved and Suchitra were excellent. The last scene belonged to them , followed by Harshad's one scene where the camera zooms into him and he basically has that painful expression with the one tear falling down - beautiful and excellent the way that scene was shot along with actors. Zain's emotions came out so well. Harshad's forte has to be this emotional and intense scenes because he truly shines in them!
The episode was really good.
Scenes I LOVED:
Suriya talks about Barkat - Reason being was the scene was beautiful,. Suchitra was excellent. The way she was like no, she's not dead. My child is not dead. The selfless mother came out in the open - She's the most logical antagonist there is on TV. She's truly selfless when it comes to her kid. Usman was more reserved types but that's in his character. He's not the one to cry out tears, though I wish we get an Usman scene about his feelings regarding Barkat. The way camera zoomed into Zain and Fahad was excellent. The realization that there is a sister, the one sister that is missing and the pain their parents held onto - was EXCELLENT.
Like I said, the scene where Zain is standing , and Aliya is zoomed in and then he is zoomed in again and that one tear falling was OVER EXCELLENT. Harshad, you were excellent👍🏼 The one moment, I must have rewatched so many times!!
Aliya saving Zain;s life - I guess the reason why it's so beautiful , is because of what happens after it. What I love about the show is it's pretty real. No time is wasted on false eye locks. Aliya saved Zain from the moving truck. Mihir def wanted him dead as well and all this was to lure Zain and attempt to kill him. The Ishq jazba was great. I was truly expecting a hug but I am glad his eyes spoke a thank you and he was back to where the guy disappeared off? Her tears def moved him and that shows the new seeds of their relationship.
Baby Barkat & Flashbacks: Baby Barkat is ADORABLE.. These flashback scenes were TOO CUTE and truly tearjerking because it just made you realize how much of pain the characters Suriya and Usman have carried over their lives. This incident made Suriya bitter while it made Usman just a bit more practical. The moment where Zain comes and becomes a shield for his parents was BEAUTIFUL.👏
Usman finally takes us on the journey of Baby Zain, Baby Fahad and Baby Barkat. It was really endearing to see these flashbacks.. Too cute and adorable.
Usman has a flashback of Barkat and calls out to her name - Seriously so beautiful to see these flashbacks scenes and like I said before, this track is truly peeling off each actor's capabilities. Each and every actor is shining in this track; be it Harshad, Naved or Suchitra.
The way whole family sits around the parents was a beautiful scene. I can't fault this episode because it was simply beautiful.
Precap- So basically Barkat is either kidnapped by Mihir ( God knows why) or she fell into the well and is basically dead. ( which we doubt)
But excellent episode! Superb execution and superb story! Hats off to Farhan Sir and the entire cast especially Harshad, Naved and Suchitra, prob because the whole track is centered around them.
