It seems its none of the existing characters. According to the latest telebuzz article there's gonna be a new entry of one Sunil Sinha who is Osmaan mamu's collegue and he knows about Barkat. Infact the article says that he has a hand in her disappearance. Also according to the artcle Barkat is not dead- she is missing that means in future we will see Zain and fahaad's elder sis too.
