@deepali... ur welcome...my initial plan was to post it today but I spoke to ur team captains and then decided Tuesday would be a better time...

@dev...yep i'll decide the length of deadlines depending on the task - if I feel it doesn't require much time i'll keep the deadline short and vice versa.

sorry u guys didn't find it fun. the contests are set now, so its just a simple matter of whether or not u find them fun - I cant make any changes now.

After the celebrations are over, u could probably give some feedback on what kind of contests u prefer to have so we can keep that in mind for future contests.

The contests are fine. If anyone doesn't appreciate the effort put in these contests to keep us entertained and having fun, then don't participate. Simple.
