I really don't know where to post this question so i'm posting it here, what happens if i want to make a post on Suraiya compering her with another vallain on this thread? Are we allowed to do so?

That is not allowed, unless you are making comparison Suraiya with other actor/actress who are part of BI. and that should be based on the current track.

Okay i think i have post the question in a wrong way, i mean can we just say without hurting anyone but just state the facts, how the villains are in this two shows?

Actually i was watch RR and BI and i have noticed this big difference in the main villains, i was just thinking if we can post this? It's not like comparing the actor with another actor it's juct to says the differences between the two characters.

I think thats too wont be allowed. As per the rules, no DISCUSSION on othr actors are allowed. Here they use the term DISCUSSION, not the COMPARISON. Besides, such discussion will surely create space for fighting between the fandoms.
