Mihir: Good or Bad

We all have been lately seeing the different faces of Mihir.

Mihir who loved smriti a lot

Mihir who loves Purva a lot

Mihir as a dad

Mihir as a husband

Mihir as a son.


I think Mihir is just way too practical. He lives in the present and does not dwel in the past for too long.

May people here are kind of upset at the way Mihir treated Smriti after her death , and even marriage before she died cause she lost her mental stability.

I do agree that he should not have agreed to the marriage.. but what I do feel is that over all he is a good person.

He has always given proper rights to all the relationship he has currently.

When he was with smriti he took care of her a LOT

and hten when he ,moved on he takes care of Purva a LOT.


So I think he is right in his own way. He does not want to think about the possibility about Smriti being alive because that would cause problems for him. He would not know how to divide his love.

So its better for him to just ignore and be satisfied with what he thinks is the reality and stick by it.
Which he is doing.

So I do not think he is bad , he just lives in the moment and tries his best to make it worth while

mihir is surely not bad..but according to my POv, neither is he is good.. yesterday to purva he said he does not want anyone to come in between him n purva... thats ok.. but y does not he acknowledge that smriti would always be a good memory for him atleast if not believing that smriti would be alive n come as astha (as purva thought)...
he clearly is saying that purva has higher place than anyone else..he is saying indirectly that his present love purva is more than his past love smriti... i hate this of him.

y cant he open up n say that smriti would be his first love n a good memory forever although he accepts now purva is his present n future... if he had said like this when astha had asked him, then even smriti (ofcourse viewers like anti-mihir-purva fans) would have felt happy n contented that mihir was hers once whole heartedly and would have been much happy for his moving on..

like few others , am also happy for him to move on as he thinks smriti is dead, but cant he acknowledge his beloved wife smriti...?

I wish, as above post mentioned, that mihir had acknowledged his love for Smriti - Purva knows how much he loved Smriti so this wouldn't have hurted Purva in any way.

Mihir is an upsetting and weak character

I don't think there are many real life people like him

I dont like Mihir. How could he forgot Smriti. Mother of his child. Dont get me wrong people but I am watching behenein only for Smriti+Astha. I love her so much.

I started off being totally in love with Mihir's character, but knew it was too good to be true. I mean, he was meant to be an ideal husband right? But he failed to protect his wife against his OWN mother 😕 The wife ends up dead, pretty much thanks to his mom.. but he's too dumb to notice. THEN, after she dies.. he marries her sister, why agree to marry straight away at all? And I don't get this logic.. why couldn't purva look after the baby, without being married to him? Anyway, if thats not enough.. he starts loving Purva?! 😕 Like uh, its THAT easy for him to forget his dead wife and fall in love?

I feel his character is just full of silly flaws now.
