Btw during the wedding Amar, Garv, Shakti & Ananya touched the flower with their feet . I think it kind of symbolises how these 3 boys will covet Ananya .

Another part of the episode that stood out to me was the way Shakti told Ananya she was to stay in the haveli. The way he just said that in a matter of fact way was so scary, 'cause it was like beyond his Maa and brothers, he has no feelings for anyone else.

He was trying to coax her, as if she is a small child. She is like a fly to him at the moment- to be swatted away at leisure.

What a stomach -churning episode!🤢

It was an extremely difficult episode to watch & no matter how prepared you are, you are never prepared!

I think Amar is the most lecherous of the lot while Garv's a more calculated lechery, where while he is lecherous ,he is a little bit more calculative about it

The latter part of the episode can be divided into 2 parts:Dreams & Destruction

Dreams , where the young bride dreams of her wedding night in shimmering colours of happiness only for it be destroyed by the bleakest black of the night, for her to be destroyed by the stark reality of her life.

As difficult as it was, the episode was crafted well to show how black & bleak, this young bride's wedding night is,again MaaT & her boys were like a lioness & cubs, stalking & waiting for their prey.

Also Ananya in her red flowing sari was evocative of Draupadi being dragged to the hall in Hastinapur, only here the Kauravas are in Pandavas' clothing.

Tonight was Ananya's turn for her dreams to be destroyed .

Tomorrow is another day & MaaT's united family to be destroyed !

Analysis.rip apart. All done in dis post..liked it. But calling shakti lecter is just beyond for me..not just I am a shakti shipper, but logically he isn't. Well he might behave like a robot now, executing his mom and brothers orders but why? he feels he betrayed his mom without whose existence he might not have seen the light of his life.
